Ingredients
▢
18-20 no. or 2
cups
Strawberries
▢
3
cups
Watermelon
seedless, cut into cubes
▢
3-4
teaspoons
Lemon juice
Instructions
Take all the ingredients into a blender and blend it until smooth.
Taste and see if you need to add any sweetener.
Pour into the serving glass or a pitcher.
Notes
Try to use seedless watermelon
to minimize the prep work.
If your fruit is not sweet enough then you can add your choice of sweetener
e.g. sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc.
I recommend
chopping watermelon ahead of time and chill
in the fridge before making juice, so you don’t have to add ice.
This is the kind of juice that separates over time.
So if serving it later on then you need to stir it to mix the juice first and then pour.
You can
add a pinch of salt
to bring out the flavor.
Storage
: It should be consumed within a day to get the best nutritional value.
