Mango Mint Green Smoothie
This is my go-to green smoothie! This mango mint smoothie is vegan, healthy yet creamy, and full of tropical flavors. It requires only 4 ingredients + a blender. You’ll instantly be hooked this summer!

Ingredients

Mangoes
frozen cubes or fresh mango chopped

1 ½
cups
Coconut milk
Preferably light

Mint leaves

Spinach (Palak)

Instructions
Place all the ingredients into the blender. Always start with liquid, in this case coconut milk. Then add mangoes, mint leaves, and spinach leaves.
Blend it till everything is smooth.
Pour into two individual serving glasses. Enjoy immediately to get the best fresh taste of the smoothie
Notes
Make sure to
pack the spinach leaves
while measuring to make the green smoothie. If you add less than the color won’t be appetizing.
Make sure to
use frozen mango pieces
to get a nice and chilled smoothie.
Also,
use chilled coconut milk
.
For sweetness:
You can use honey or maple syrup. But my mangoes were sweet enough so I have skipped.
Add more or less mint leaves depending on how strong or mild you like mint flavor in this mango mint smoothie.
