This watermelon mint juice is super refreshing, cooling and has a unique flavor because of the addition of a few Indian spices. This makes a perfect drink for hot summer days.
Take chilled watermelon cubes and mint leaves in a blender.
Squeeze the lemon juice in it.
Add black salt, pepper powder and roasted cumin powder.
Blend it until smooth. Pour into the glass, garnish with mint leaves and serve.
Notes
If your fruit is not sweet enough then you can add your choice of sweetener e.g. sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc.
I recommend chopping watermelon ahead of time and chill in the fridge before making juice, so you don’t have to add ice.
This is the kind of juice that separates over time and spices settle at the bottom. So if serving it later on then you need to stir it to mix the juice first and then pour.
If you do not like pulpy juice then you can strain the watermelon mint juice. Strained juice will have a mild flavor of mint and spices.
