Here’s how to make homemade grape juice in a blender! It’s hydrating, sweet, refreshing, full of nutrients and easy to make at home, No juicer required.
First rinse the grapes under running cold water, do rub gently while washing. Then remove the stems and overripe, soft ones. Soak the remaining grapes in water for 5-10 minutes to get rid of bacteria. (I have used organic grapes otherwise you’ve to use salt and vinegar to wash to remove pesticides).
Take clean grapes in a blender along with water and sugar. Blend it until smooth.
Strain the juice using a sieve and discard the pulp.
Now squeeze fresh lemon juice and stir. Homemade juice is ready to serve.
Notes
Highly recommend buying organic grapes. Otherwise cleaning it thoroughly is very crucial.
If you prefer, you can add a pinch of salt. It brings out the flavor more. I do not add salt to control the salt intake.
Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of your grapes.
As this is fresh fruit juice, it should be consumed fresh for the most nutritional benefits.
