Take watermelon cubes in a blender along with lemon juice. Blend it until smooth.
Place a fine-mesh strainer over the large bowl, pass the juice through the strainer. Use the spatula to push the juice through the strainer.
Discard the pulp and pour the juice into the glass and serve
Notes
Straining the juice is optional. If you don’t mind the pulpy juice then skip the straining step.
It should be consumed fresh, but you can store it for a day in the refrigerator.
Over time, the juice will separate. So stir it well and then serve.
Freeze any leftover juice into the popsicle mold or ice cube tray. Enjoy the popsicle as an afternoon snack. Or use watermelon juice ice cubes to flavor your sparkling water.
