cups
Chilled water
Instructions
Take pomegranate seeds and water in a blender.
Start blending.
Do not blend in the one go, use the pulse button. Do not over-blend, otherwise, the seeds will make the juice slightly bitter.
Place a fine-mesh strainer over the bowl. Pass the juice through the strainer.
Using a spoon or spatula press it lightly so the juice can pass. Discard the seed pulp.
Serve this juice right away.
Notes
You can seed the pomegranate ahead of time and store
it in the fridge for a few days or until ready to make a juice.
Use chilled water and chilled pomegranate seeds
to get the instant chilled juice.
Storage
: Pomegranate juice can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight glass bottle or container for up to 3-4 days.
