Instructions
Making ginger juice:
Peel the ginger and grate it.
now squeeze the grated ginger using thumb and fingers to collect the juice and keep it aside.
Making shikanji recipe:
Squeeze the fresh lemon in a bowl and add rest of the ingredients except ice cubes.
Keep stirring till sugar dissolves.
Pour into the glass, add ice cubes and serve.
