Super delicious mango mastani recipe! This easy-to-make, Pune's popular mastani drink is nothing but a thick milkshake topped with ice cream, nuts, tutti frutti and a cherry.
Take mango pieces, sugar, milk and vanilla ice cream into a blender. Blend it until smooth.
Pour into serving glasses. Top with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Garnish with chopped nuts, tutti frutti and cherry.
Notes
Instead of fresh mangoes, you can use canned mango pulp.
Make ahead: Make the mango milkshake and store it in the fridge in an airtight container. At the time of serving pour the milkshake into a glass and add toppings.
Use chilled mango and chilled milk to make this drink.
