Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
Once hot add mustard seeds, let them pop.
Then add sesame seeds and fry for few seconds, it will start to splutter.
Add green chili and sauté for few seconds.
Add grated carrot and salt.
Mix then well and cook uncovered for 3-4 minutes. Carrots should be half cooked means it should have crunch or crispiness in it.
Switch off the stove
and squeeze some fresh lemon juice and mix.
