Take peeled navel orange, chopped pineapple, sugar and water in a blender.
Blend it until smooth.
Place a fine-mesh strainer over the bowl. Pass the juice to the strainer and press it using the spatula to get the most juice out of it. This straining step is optional.
Pour into the serving glass and enjoy.
Notes
Use seedless oranges like navel oranges. Otherwise, you’ll have to get the orange juice first using a citrus juicer.
Sugar is optional. Add more or less depending on the sweetness of your fruit.
Strain or Not strain? It depends. If you like pulpy juice then no need to strain. Otherwise, strain it through a fine-mesh strainer to get a smooth juice.
Storage: Fresh pineapple orange juice should be consumed within a day to get the maximum nutritional benefit from it.
Chill the pineapple and oranges in the fridge before juicing to get chilled juice. Otherwise, you’ll have to add ice cubes and that dilutes the juice.
