Dry roast them with stirring constantly till they are toasted and you will get nice nutty aroma of it. Also you will notice they will start to make popping sound and may fly around from the pan. That time turn off the stove.
Remove it to a plate immediately to stop further roasting.
Let them cool down for 5-10 minutes.
Then take them into the grinder or food processor. Run it and make crumbly mixture.
Now add olive oil.
Blend again till you get smooth, thick paste. You may need to stop and scrape the sides in between.
