This creamy, lemony, garlic tahini sauce is the best I’ve ever tasted. Plus, you’ll need 7 ingredients only and requires 5 minutes to whip up this sauce.
Take grated garlic, salt and lemon juice in a bowl. Mix and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Add tahini, paprika, ground cumin and water.
Start whisking the mixture. At the beginning of whisking, it may look curdled and you feel something went wrong. Don’t worry keep whisking until smooth and runny.
Add chopped parsley. Mix well and sauce is ready to serve.

Reduce the pungent and strong flavor of raw garlic: rest the mixture of garlic, salt and lemon juice for 5 minutes.
Adjust the amount of water: If making to spread on sandwiches, burger reduce the amount. The given amount in the recipe is perfect for dipping sauce or drizzling over salad, bowls.
Taste and adjust: do a taste test, adjust the amount of salt and lemon juice as per your liking preferences.
Storage: Store in an airtight glass container in the refrigerator for 1-2 weeks.

Like spicy? Add cayenne, chili powder or za’atar spice
Like green and more herby? Instead of whisking, use a food processor. Add herbs with the rest of the stuff and blend to get uniform green ting to the sauce. Other herbs to try - dill leaves, basil, cilantro, mint.
Don’t like garlic? Skip adding garlic and make the lemony tahini sauce.
Prefer a really mild garlic flavor? Try adding roasted, mashed garlic instead of raw. It gives a sweeter and mild garlic flavor.
