I have used brown bread, you can use any

Capsicum (Green bell pepper)
chopped finely

Red pepper
chopped finely

Spring onion (green onion or scallion)
chopped finely

Green chilies
chopped finely

Cilantro or coriander leaves
chopped finely

Salt to taste

Black pepper powder

Cheese
grated (cheddar, mozzarella, or any of your choice)
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees F or 200 degrees C for at least 10 minutes.
Prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Arrange bread slices on the tray and toast it lightly or till it becomes light brown about 7-8 minutes.
Meanwhile take peppers, onions, chilies along with salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add grated cheese and chopped cilantro. Mix well.
Now spread the mixture evenly on the toasted bread.
Again bake into the oven for 7-8 minutes, cheese will be melted and bread will be crispy.
Slice into triangle or into desired shape or size using sharp knife and serve.
