Chilli cheese toast recipe - a QUICK and EASY to make snack or breakfast that can be ready in only 20 minutes from start to finish. A Keeper deal, right?

Chilli Cheese Toast in a plate with a soup bowl in the back.

There are many different ways of making cheese chilli toast recipe.

For the cheese toppings, many use only chilies and cheese while many use chilies, capsicum and cheese while many use other ingredients as well. I have used chilies, two colored capsicums, spring onions, cilantro and cheese.

Actually this is not a recipe, I am sharing a procedure to make cheese toast. Because you can use whatever you like or whatever you have in your fridge.

Also you can adjust the any ingredient quantity as per your liking. E.g, I like more veggie than cheese. But if you like more cheese increase the cheese quantity in the recipe.

    2) Prepare a baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. It is optional but it will be easy to clean up later on.

    3) Arrange bread slices on the tray and toast it lightly or till it becomes light brown about 7-8 minutes.

    9) Slice into triangle or into desired shape or size using sharp knife and serve.

Serving suggestion: Enjoy it as such as a breakfast or snack. To make a light meal serve a bowl of soup (e.g. Indian tomato soup, roasted pepper soup, palak soup) on side.
