- 12 Fudge Stripes Cookies Keebler brand
- 12 Hershey's Kisses
- ¼ cup Buttercream frosting store-bought or homemade
- Food color Purple & Green
- Halloween Sprinkles Wilton brand; We’re using orange pumpkin shape
Instructions
- Arrange your cookies upside down on a baking sheet so that chocolate covered bottom stays up.
- Color your buttercream frosting with the chosen food colors until you achieve the desired shade.
- Take a Hershey’s Kiss and dip its bottom, and slightly the edges, into the colored buttercream frosting.
- Gently scrape off any excess frosting from the base of the Kiss using the bowl's edge.
- Place this Kiss, frosting side down, onto the center of the Fudge Stripe cookie's base.
- As a final touch, affix a pumpkin-shaped sprinkle on one side to represent the hat’s buckle.
- Allow the cookies to set for a few hours, ensuring the frosting dries and holds everything in place.
