  • 1 ½ cups Mangoes frozen cubes or fresh mango chopped
  • 1 ½ cups Coconut milk light or full fat
  • 8-10 Mint leaves
  • 1 ½ cups Spinach (Palak) packed


  • Place all the ingredients into the blender. Always start with liquid, in this case coconut milk.
  • Then add mangoes, mint leaves and spinach leaves.
  • Blend it till everything is smooth.
  • Pour into two individual serving glasses.
  • And serve, enjoy immediately to get the best fresh taste of smoothie.
