Amchur powder (Dried mango powder)

Instructions
Heat the oil in a pan on medium heat.
Once hot add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.
Then add chopped carrots and mix.
Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, amchur powder and salt. Mix well so all the carrots are coated with masala.
Cover the pan. And cook it till carrots are 80% cooked.
Then add dill leaves. mix well. If it looks too dry then sprinkle some water and cover again.
Cook till carrots are cooked all the way through.
Turn off the stove
