Instructions
Take all ingredients (yogurt, milk, rose syrup, gulkand, and sugar) in a blender jar.
Blend it until smooth and frothy.
Pour into serving glasses, garnish with pistachios and rose petals, and serve.
Notes
If serving right away then make sure to use chilled yogurt and chilled milk. Because lassi tastes best when served chilled.
Adjust the sugar amount or skip as per your liking sweetness. I have not added it as rose syrup and gulkand are already sweet. Different brand of rose syrup has a different level of sweetness, so you may or may not need sugar.
Optional add-in: You can add cardamom powder (seeds of green cardamom are crushed in mortar and pestle).
Greek yogurt instead of plain yogurt: Yes, you can use it. But you’ll need to add more milk or water to adjust the consistency as Greek yogurt is thick.
