Instructions
Take a deep plate for individual serving. Make a bed of chana masala. You’ll need ⅓ - ½ cup of it for 1 large size samosa.
Break & mash the samosa into 2-3 pieces and place it in the center.
Drizzle around 2 tablespoons of green chutney.
Drizzle around 2-3 tablespoons of tamarind date chutney.
Drizzle 2-3 tablespoons of whisked salted yogurt.
Sprinkle a generous pinch of chaat masala, followed by a tiny pinch of red chili powder.
Sprinkle around 2 tablespoons of chopped onion. Then sprinkle some chopped cilantro.
Followed by around 2-3 tablespoons of sev. Serve it right away before samosa and sev gets soggy.

Notes
Once the plate is assembled, it should be served/eaten right away
to enjoy the best texture. Otherwise, samosa and sev get soft and soggy.
A plate made with one samosa is enough portion for 1 person as a snack
.
If it’s an appetizer then a plate made with 1 large samosa is enough for 2 people.
I would suggest making or buying medium to small size samosas if serving as an appetizer or starter. In that case, you can count 1 samosa per person.
