Eggless white chocolate macadamia nuts cookies recipe - These are crisp around the edges, soft and chewy from the center, The PERFECT texture of the cookies.

Eggless white chocolate macadamia nut cookies recipe

Few years back when I was student, I was working in Subway restaurant in NY. Apart from veggie sandwich, I only liked three kinds of cookies which are oatmeal raisin cookies, chocolate chip cookies and white chocolate macadamia cookies.

So after many years, recently I baked chocolate chip cookies (of course eggless, so hubby can enjoy). But totally forgot about other two.

But few weeks back, one of the readers had requested to share white chocolate macadamia nut cookies and instantly my mind went back to that taste of cookie. So I made these cookies last week and enjoyed.

The macadamia nuts adds the nutty flavor while the white chocolate chips adds slight sweetness.

I have bought chopped unsalted macadamia nuts. If yours are salted then rub them between the paper towels, to remove salty flavor as possible.

    13) Make 1 inch diameter size round balls from the dough. I get 16 balls of similar size and I used two trays. Arrange them few inches apart in prepared cookie sheet.

    14) Bake into pre-heated oven for 12-14 minutes or till you see cookies get lightly browned around the edges and firm to touch.

Hi Kanan, i had tried the recipe but the cookies were burnt around 8-10 mins, before that they were not even done. Also i felt the dough a bit dry, but as it was able to hold the shape i went ahead and baked. Any idea what went wrong?
          Thanks Deeps

It should not burn within 8 minutes. Try checking the oven temp using oven thermometer and see if oven is working at right temp.
If you find the dough is dry then you can add little milk.
