Iced coffee vs Cold coffee:
Taste & Texture: This cold coffee is frothy, creamy and sweet with full-on coffee flavor.
- This is Indian cafe-style cold coffee that uses instant coffee granules vs brewed coffee used in iced coffee.
- This one is light and sweet (that’s how most Indians like their coffee in India)
- This one is frothy and sometimes topped with ice cream, whipped cream or chocolate syrup.
🧾 Ingredient Notes
- Instant Coffee: I prefer my coffee strong, so I have used Nescafe dark french roast coffee. Use your choice of instant coffee.
- Milk: Full-fat milk is recommended to get a creamy texture. However, you can use fat-free or low-fat milk.
- Sugar: It can be adjustable as per your liking sweetness. The given amount will make the coffee just sweet (not sugary sweet).
- Ice cubes: They are used to make coffee extra chilled. It is optional as we are using chilled milk.
