    Iced coffee vs Cold coffee:

Taste & Texture: This cold coffee is frothy, creamy and sweet with full-on coffee flavor.

    • This is Indian cafe-style cold coffee that uses instant coffee granules vs brewed coffee used in iced coffee.
    • This one is light and sweet (that’s how most Indians like their coffee in India)
    • This one is frothy and sometimes topped with ice cream, whipped cream or chocolate syrup.

    🧾 Ingredient Notes

    • Instant Coffee: I prefer my coffee strong, so I have used Nescafe dark french roast coffee. Use your choice of instant coffee.
    • Milk: Full-fat milk is recommended to get a creamy texture. However, you can use fat-free or low-fat milk.
    • Sugar: It can be adjustable as per your liking sweetness. The given amount will make the coffee just sweet (not sugary sweet).
    • Ice cubes: They are used to make coffee extra chilled. It is optional as we are using chilled milk.

👩‍🍳 How To Make Cold Coffee? (Pics)

    1. Add ice cubes, instant coffee, sugar and milk to the blender.
    2. Blend it until it is frothy.
    3. Pour into the serving glass.
    4. As it sits, the froth and coffee will separate as you can see in the main pic.

💭 Tips To Make BEST Cold Coffe Recipe

    • To make it more creamy and rich, you can add a scoop of ice cream while blending.
    • Adjust the amount of sugar and coffee as per your liking sweetness and how strong or light you prefer your coffee.
    • It should be served right away otherwise the froth will start to disappear as it sits. However, it will still taste good without froth.
    • To make it mocha coffee flavor, you can add 1-2 teaspoons of cocoa powder or chocolate malt powder or chocolate syrup.
    • Scalable: You can double, or triple the recipe as required.
