This avocado dip recipe is Indian style. This is great healthy snack with some baked chips. But this time I have served with round tortilla chips.

Avocado is incredibly nutritious. It has good fat which helps our body to absorb the nutrients from other food we are eating. So one must include this in their diet.

This fusion dip is so delicious that the quantity made with one avocado was not enough for two of us.

Addition of garam masala gives the Indian flavor. While addition of chili gives touch of spiciness. You can skip or reduce it as per your liking.

Lemon juice in the dip brings out the most flavor of it. If you like you serve few lemon wedges on side, whoever wants more then can squeeze right on and enjoy.

Whenever you use avocado, alway make sure that it is ripe enough. If it is not ripe that it won’t taste good. One of the readers has shared a pic with detailed information about the ripeness of avocado.
