Bread upma recipe - QUICK snack recipe made using leftover stale breads. This is one of our favorite snack since it comes together in no time.

Bread Upma recipe (How to make bread upma),

Here I have used a day only bread and removed the crust/edges. If you are using fresh bread, you can keep it. It’s up to

Many times with leftover bread, I make bread vada, bread roll or this bread upma.

I wouldn’t call this a healthy snack since there is more oil is required compared to other upma recipes. Also it is made from bread, meaning full of carbs. So I make it very rarely.

I prefer crispy bread over soft and soggy. So this is my style of making bread upma. But as I said if you like soft bread then don't cook more after adding bread.
