Cottage Cheese Dip (Creamy High-Protein Dip)

US measuring cups are used (1 cup = 240 ml)
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups Cottage cheese
- ½ teaspoon Garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
- ¼ teaspoon Crushed black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- 3-4 tablespoons Fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor.
- Blend until almost smooth. Scrape the sides once if needed and blend again.
- That’s it, your creamy dip is ready.
Notes
- Blend longer if you want a super silky, restaurant-style dip.
- Add a splash of water if it feels too thick.
