Expert Tips

  • Blend longer if you want a super silky, restaurant-style dip.
  • Add a splash of water if it feels too thick.
  • Adjust cayenne based on spice level.
  • Don’t skip fresh lemon juice – it brightens the flavor a lot.

Serving Ideas

  • As a dip for crackers, chips or veggies like carrots, cucumber, or bell peppers or chips.
  • Spread on toast or in wraps and sandwiches.
  • As a sauce for bowls or grilled veggies.

Storage Instructions

  • To Refrigerate, Store the dip in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Give it a quick stir before serving.
  • Note: While it is possible to freeze the dip, it may alter the texture of the cottage cheese upon thawing, making it grainier. Therefore, I would recommend you avoid freezing the dip and enjoy it fresh or refrigerated.
