Carrot sambharo recipe - EASY, QUICK to make warm salad with grated carrots. This is Gujarati style of making warm carrot salad.

Here we are not cooking the carrot completely. Hence this salad has some texture and bite. Also the sesame seeds give nice crunch to it.
Just like cabbage sambharo, this one is also my go to recipe when it comes to everyday cooking. Because it literally takes 10 minutes from start to finish.
There are many different variation of sambharo recipes like cabbage sambharo, papaya sambharo, kachi keri nu kachumber.

Glad to hear that you liked sambharo and undhiyu. About the turmeric powder, yes if you want you can add a very small pinch after adding the green chilies.
