This dates milkshake is the most healthiest milkshake recipe in the world. Dates have natural sweetness in it. So you don’t need to add any extra sugar to make it sweet.

Dates are good source of energy. So during the hot summer, you feel tired when you come home from outside. Have this date milkshake, it will make  you energized and filling.

1. Whole milk
2. good quality dates.

To make it more nutritious, you can add your choice of nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts. I have tried with almonds and I just loved it.

This dates milkshake is made with only 2 ingredients. (naturally sweet and no sugar added)

US measuring cups are used (1 cup = 240 ml)

Ingredients

  • 12 Dates
  • 2 cups Milk

Instructions

  • Remove the hard pit from dates, chop them coarsely.
  • Add them to the blender with ½ cup of milk.
  • Blend it till it gets smooth puree.
  • Then add rest of the milk. Again blend it till everything is blended well.
  • Pour into the glass and serve.
