    This dates milkshake is the most healthiest milkshake recipe in the world. Dates have natural sweetness in it. So you don’t need to add any extra sugar to make it sweet.

    Dates are good source of energy. So during the hot summer, you feel tired when you come home from outside. Have this date milkshake, it will make  you energized and filling.

    As being source of energy, it is good for kids. And also healthy for them as no sugar is added here.

    There are other health benefits of dates. The benefits of dates include relief from constipation, intestinal disorders, heart problems, anemia,  sexual dysfunction, diarrhea, abdominal cancer, and many other conditions. Dates are rich in several vitamins, minerals and fiber too

    Only 2 ingredients are required to make dates milkshake.
    1. Whole milk
    2. good quality dates.

    To make it more nutritious, you can add your choice of nuts like almonds, cashews, walnuts. I have tried with almonds and I just loved it.

    Ingredients  

    • 12 Dates
    • 2 cups Milk

    Instructions 

    • Remove the hard pit from dates, chop them coarsely.
    • Add them to the blender with ½ cup of milk.
    • Blend it till it gets smooth puree.
    • Then add rest of the milk. Again blend it till everything is blended well.
    • Pour into the glass and serve.
