- Clementine: I have used clementine here, you can use orange juice instead.
- Yogurt: I prefer to use plain unsweetened yogurt so I can control the sugar in my smoothie.
- Sweetener: In this smoothie, you’ll need to add some sweetener. You can add honey, maple syrup, sugar, etc. I have used honey here.

- Flash-freeze the fruits to get a chilled smoothie. How to flash-freeze? Chop the fruits, arrange them on a parchment paper lined tray in a single layer and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Use ice cubes, if you don’t have chilled or flash-frozen fruits.
- Fresh fruit smoothie should be served right away to get the fresh flavor.
- Do not want to add any sweetener? Instead, you can add one frozen banana that adds a natural sweetness. Plus, it makes a creamy texture.

Ingredients
- 2 cups Strawberries
- 2 medium Kiwi
- 1 Clementine ½ cups orange juice
- ¾ cup Plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Honey or sugar or as needed
Instructions
- Remove the green top from the strawberries and chop.
- Peel the kiwi and chop them.
- Chill them or flash-freeze them before making a smoothie to get an instantly chilled smoothie.
- Add fruits into the blender along with yogurt and honey.
- Blend it until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into the serving glass and enjoy.
