❤️ About Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie Recipe

  • Simple ingredients: You’ll need 5 ingredients only to make this delicious smoothie.
  • Quick to make: Just like other smoothie recipes, add everything into the blender and blend. It takes only a couple of minutes. Super easy, right?
  • Taste & Texture: It is a little creamy and light, sweet and has a touch of zesty flavor.

🧾 Ingredient Notes

  • Strawberries: Use fresh (or frozen) ripe and sweet berries.
  • Kiwi: Make sure to use ripe kiwi otherwise the smoothie will be super tangy.
  • Clementine: I have used clementine here, you can use orange juice instead.
  • Yogurt: I prefer to use plain unsweetened yogurt so I can control the sugar in my smoothie.
  • Sweetener: In this smoothie, you’ll need to add some sweetener. You can add honey, maple syrup, sugar, etc. I have used honey here.

💭 Expert Tips For Strawberry Kiwi Smoothie

  • Flash-freeze the fruits to get a chilled smoothie. How to flash-freeze? Chop the fruits, arrange them on a parchment paper lined tray in a single layer and freeze for 30 minutes.
  • Use ice cubes, if you don’t have chilled or flash-frozen fruits.
  • Fresh fruit smoothie should be served right away to get the fresh flavor.
  • Do not want to add any sweetener? Instead, you can add one frozen banana that adds a natural sweetness. Plus, it makes a creamy texture.
