Tofu is bland in taste. So be generous on spices while making this compared to paneer bhurji.

Since the winter is here, green onions (scallions) are widely available. So I have used that here and cut down the amount of regular onion. If you do not have green onions on hand, replace that with regular onions.

Actually tofu is really bland and tasteless. To make it flavorful, we need to add so many other dominant flavors to get the good taste and flavor.

In this recipe, we are adding onion, tomato and spices to add flavors.

Tofu is also known as ‘Soya paneer’ and made by curdling the fresh soy milk.

It is good source of protein with other many health benefits. You should include in your diet. So make this recipe and let me know how you like it.

Then cover it with another paper towel. Put another plate on top and put some weight on. Keep it like this for 15-20 minutes. If needed change the towel and make sure the moisture is absorbed.
