    ❤️About This Recipe

    • Quick to make: It gets ready in just 10 minutes.
    • Easy to make: The method cannot be simpler than this. Blend, strain and serve.
    • Kid-friendly: This is the perfect vibrant-looking juice for kids of all ages.
    • No juicer required: Yes, this mango juice is made using a blender only.

    🧾Ingredient Notes

This recipe is so simple. Only a few ingredients are needed to set it off.

    • Mango: Use fresh, ripe and sweet mango. Here in the USA, I prefer to use ataulfo (champagne mango), a Mexican fruit.
    • Sugar: Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of your fruit.
    • Water: Use the chilled water to make this juice.

    👩‍🍳Step By Step Photo Instructions

    1. Chill the mango prior to juicing. Take mango cubes and sugar into a blender.
    2. Blend it to make a smooth puree.
    3. Now add water and blitz it to mix.
    4. Place a fine-mesh strainer over the large bowl or large glass. Pass the mango juice through the strainer and use the spatula to push the juice through the strainer. Once done pour into the glass and serve.

    💭Expert Tips

    • Always use chilled mango and chilled water for juicing
    • Do not thin out the juice (like maza or slice) by adding more water otherwise, it dilutes the mango flavor. Those store-bought mango drinks have artificial flavors added, so it has a fruity taste even though they have a super thin consistency.
    • Straining the mango juice is optional if you have used non-fibrous verity. Otherwise straining is a must. Getting a mango fiber here and there while drinking juice is not pleasant.
    • Instead of plain water, you can use coconut water or orange juice.

    🥣 Storage Instructions

    • Mango juice should be consumed fresh within a day.
    • If stored then it loses its nutritional value and freshness. Plus, the taste also changes a little bit.

I live in Lake park FL and I just discovered that I have a Mango tree in my landlord's side yard, I've been picking them and trying to make Mango juice in my blender, I need to know how much water to add with about 6 small mangos

Try with a glassful of water and then see how much if needed. Add as required.
