2 ingredients only: yes, this simple watermelon juice recipe calls for only watermelon and lemon juice.

No juicer required: Watermelon has high water content, so you get juice consistency even by blending in a powerful blender. You don’t need a fancy juicer.

Perfect for summer: This refreshing watermelon juice is ultra-hydrating on hot days. (FYI, watermelon contains almost 92% water).

Make a large batch and it is perfect for parties, small get-to-gather or as a poolside drink.

Naturally sweet: There is no sugar or other sweeteners added because watermelon itself is a super sweet fruit.

    🧾Ingredient Notes

Watermelon: Choose seedless watermelon otherwise, it will be a time-consuming task to pick and remove those black seeds.

Lemon juice: It adds a nice zing and balances the sweetness of the melon.

    💭Expert Tips

    • Always use chilled watermelon cubes for juicing to get the best tasting, chilled watermelon juice.
    • Straining the juice is optional. If you don’t mind the pulpy juice then skip the straining step.
    • It should be consumed fresh, but you can store it for a day in the refrigerator.
    • Over time, the juice will separate. So stir it well and then serve.
    • Freeze any leftover juice into the popsicle mold or ice cube tray. Enjoy the popsicle as an afternoon snack. Or use watermelon juice ice cubes to flavor your sparkling water.
