Watermelon Juice Recipe
US measuring cups are used (1 cup = 240 ml)
Ingredients
- 4 cups Watermelon, cubed
- 2 tablespoons Lemon juice or lime juice
Instructions
- Chill the watermelon prior to juicing.
- Take watermelon cubes in a blender along with lemon juice. Blend it until smooth.
- Place a fine-mesh strainer over the large bowl, pass the juice through the strainer. Use the spatula to push the juice through the strainer.
- Discard the pulp and pour the juice into the glass and serve
