🧾Ingredient Notes
- Cantaloupe: Choose the ripe and sweet one. You can use honeydew melon instead.
- Sugar: It is optional. Add more or less depending on the sweetness of the melon. Most of the time I skip it.
- Water: A little amount of water is added to get the juice consistency. Use the chilled water to make cantaloupe juice.
💭Tips To Make BEST Cantaloupe Juice
- Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of your cantaloupe.
- Highly recommend using ripe and sweet fruit so you don’t have to add a ton of sugar.
- Strain or Not strain? It depends. If you like pulpy juice then no need to strain. Otherwise, strain it through a fine-mesh strainer to get a smooth juice.
- Storage: Fresh cantaloupe juice should be consumed within a day. As the fresh fruit juice sits longer, it loses its nutritional value and fresh flavor.
- Chill the cantaloupe in the fridge before juicing to get chilled juice. Otherwise, you’ll have to add ice cubes and that dilutes the juice

Well, I do love eating melons too. But making the musk melon juice is a good idea too. It looks so good. And I love the addition of honey for its sweetness.
Thanks Maureen
